Thousand Hills Ministry partners with entrepreneurs within the developing-world churches and ministries to strengthen their on-going efforts in making the gospel come alive in their community - eradicating poverty by creating prosperity in and through the church.
Our primary goal in creating prosperity is to create sustainable business ventures. Injecting enterprise, intelligence, and ingenuity into our actions, we explore new markets in the expanding Haitian economy to develop products produced by local entrepreneurs.
…by CREATING JOBS - jobs that are profitable and sustainable in developing countries. Our primary focus: partnering with churches in rural villages of Haiti to develop agro-industry. We provide capital, training, and support, and in doing so, we help to unleash the entrepreneurial spirit prospering local ministries to become sustainable.
…by BUILDING A NETWORK - a network of growers, processors and distributors. Building national markets in Haiti for this network of farmers, will in time, increase the demand for their products and for others to gain meaningful employment. More than growing crops, we’re growing connections that create opportunities.
…by ESTABLISHING A PLATFORM - a platform that connects US and Haitian entrepreneurs who are excited to share their business skills, experience, and resources. The effectiveness of this model is multiplied when Haitians help Haitians to grow enterprise; each one is provided the blessing of fruitful employment. Not only is this very good news for Haitians seeking jobs, it’s the beginning of the end of poverty.
